LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER

LOCATION: New York, NY (East Side, near E/F/4/6 trains) (plus trips to Connecticut & Massachusetts)
SALARY: $35/hour

SCHEDULE
Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm
Tue-Sat 10am - 6pm
DRIVING REQUIRED: NO
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Connecticut, Nantucket (Massachusetts)
PETS: small, friendly dog
DUTIES
daily housekeeping (deep and light cleaning)
laundry and ironing
help care for small dog
organizing (drawers, closets, cupboards)
errands and shopping as needed
REQUIREMENTS
NOTE: This job may be suitable for one employee or a married couple (with additional caretaking duties)
experienced housekeeper (e.g. laundry, bathroom, kitchen, floors, dusting, bedrooms, closet organization, empty trash)
able to keep flexible schedule and travel with family to Connecticut and Nantucket (separate cottage provided in each home)
enjoys helping care for small, friendly family dog
good English speaker
takes direction well & communicates openly
seeking a long-term position with family
REIMBURSEMENT
$35/hour (final offer varies with skill and experience)
10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
public transportation to/from work paid by family
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
