EMPLOYMENT DATES: Feb 2026 - Sep 2026 (job may become permanent if nanny can work in Long Island beginning fall 2026)

Monday: 8am - 6pm
Tuesday: 8am - 6pm
Wednesday: 8am - 6pm
Thursday: 8am - 6pm
Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF
DRIVING REQUIRED: NO
TRAVEL REQUIRED: NO
PETS: NO
DUTIES
compassionate, responsible care for toddler (girl) and 4-year-old boy (e.g. help with bathing & dressing, meal prep & feeding, teach hygiene & grooming, potty training, maintaining sleep/nap schedule)
age-appropriate play & learning activities (including educational games, reading storybooks, singing & nursery rhymes, indoor/outdoor play)
help arrange play dates (with other nannies and nearby families) and take to/from park, activities and classes
children's laundry
light housekeeping when not caregiving (tidying up common areas after playtime, clean kitchen after meal prep for child, organize children's drawers, closets & toy boxes)
REQUIREMENTS
experience caring for toddlers and school-age children (comfortable with two kids at same time)
calm & collaborative personality (willing to follow family's childcare preferences)
good cooking skills for kids
punctual (arrive/leave on time)
competent English speaker
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed
takes direction well & communicates openly with parents
REIMBURSEMENT
$30/hour
public transportation paid to/from work
major public holidays are paid days off
