SALARY: $30/hour

CHILDREN: young baby & 3.5 year-old boy

START DATE: February 2026

SCHEDULE

Sat & Sun, 9am - 3pm (10am - 4pm) (parents flexible on start & stop time)
sometimes work one long day, Saturday or Sunday (8-10 hours)
this job is minimum 40 weekends/year (nanny will not work 10-12 weekends per year; nanny paid only on weekends when working)
NOTE: ideal candidate can work 2-3 Fridays each month in addition to weekends (approximately 6pm - 10pm or 7pm - 11pm); family will pay for Uber/Lyft service for late night return home.

DUTIES

weekend nanny care for young baby and 3.5 year-old boy (e.g. bathing, changing, bottle preparation & feeding, teach grooming and hygiene, maintaining sleep/nap schedule)

age-appropriate play & learning activities (including "tummy time" with baby, reading storybooks, singing & nursery rhymes, indoor/outdoor play and educational games)
take kids to/from play dates, park, activities and classes as needed
family laundry as needed
meal/snack preparation for kids & family meal prep
light housekeeping when not caregiving (tidying up common areas after playtime, clean kitchen after meal prep for child, organize kids drawers, closets & toy boxes)

‌‌REQUIREMENTS

experience caring for infants & pre-school kids(with kids of different ages in home)
competent English speaker
punctual & flexible to work a few weekday evenings each month a big plus!
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed
CPR-trained or willing to receive training
takes direction well & communicates openly with parents
seeking a long-term position with family

‌REIMBURSEMENT

$30/hour
public transportation to/from work paid by family
paid minimum 40-weeks/year (i.e. nanny not paid on weekends when services are not needed)
