LOCATION: New York, NY (Upper East Side, near 6/Q trains)

SALARY: $30/hour

CHILDREN: 6 months (plus some care in evening for 3 & 6 year-old kids, with mom helping)

START DATE: April 2026

TRAVEL REQUIRED: YES (5-6 weeks, national & international)

DUTIES

compassionate, responsible care for three kids ages 6 months (e.g. bathing, changing, bottle preparation & feeding, maintaining sleep/nap schedule, educational games and activities)
help mom with two older kids (ages 3 & 6) in the evenings; help mom with bedtime prep
kids laundry
meal/snack preparation for kids
travel with the family as needed (national and international) and occasionally stay in home with kids when parents traveling)
housekeeping ( light housekeeping when not caregiving (tidying up common areas after playtime, clean kitchen after meal prep for child, organize children's drawers, closets & toy boxes)

‌REQUIREMENTS

proven infant care experience (most care is for baby but nanny will help mom care for all three kids at bedtime)
flexible work-style (work alongside mom, and change duties as needed)
able to travel with family nationally and internationally (5-6 weeks; exact number will vary from year to year)
good English speaker
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed (e.g. TDaP update)
CPR-trained or willing to receive training
takes direction well & communicates openly with parents
seeking a long-term position with family

REIMBURSEMENT

$30/hour
10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
public transportation to/from work paid by family
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
