DUTIES

compassionate, responsible care for 6-month-old baby boy (e.g. bathing, changing, bottle prep & feeding, potty training, teach grooming & hygiene, maintaining sleep/nap schedule)
age-appropriate play & learning activities (singing & nursery rhymes, educational games, reading storybooks, indoor/outdoor play)
help arrange playdates (with other nannies and nearby families) and take to/from park, activities and classes as child grows
child's laundry
meal/snack preparation for child
light housekeeping when not caregiving (tidying up common areas after playtime, clean kitchen after meal prep for child, organize baby's drawers, closets & toy boxes)

‌REQUIREMENTS

proven experience caring for infants and toddlers
high energy, healthy caregiver (nanny will carry baby up stairs)
enjoys singing, nursery rhymes, games and activities with infants and toddlers
punctual (arrive/leave on time)
competent English speaker (Chinese speaking a plus!)
willing and able to be paid on the books
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed
CPR-trained or willing to receive training
takes direction well & communicates openly
seeking a long-term position with family

‌REIMBURSEMENT

$25/hour net "take home" pay
10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
public transportation to/from work paid by family
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
