Monday: 9am - 7pm
Tuesday: 9am - 7pm
Wednesday: 9am - 7pm
Thursday: 9am - 7pm
Friday: 9am - 7pm
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF
NOTE: start & stop times may be flexible for the right candidate and nanny can work Tue-Sat if preferred (instead of Mon-Fri)
DRIVING REQUIRED: NO
TRAVEL REQUIRED: summer travel (summer in Hamptons or Massachusetts)
PETS: friendly dog
DUTIES
care for 3-year-old plus infant later in 2026 (no care for infant until September, with pay raise to $35)
light housekeeping & family laundry (load/empty dishwasher, light tidying)
cooking for kids (research new recipes for kids)
assist the family in ensuring all developmental milestones are hit
take child to park, kicking soccer balls, reading, playing games, arts and craft projects, coloring, and attending classes
create a safe, supportive, joyful, and engaging environment for kids
ensure the child’s space, strollers, car seats, and toys are cleaned and organized
REQUIREMENTS
proven experience caring for infant & pre-school age kids (capable of caring for two kids at same time, but stay-home mom will help)
able to travel with family (4-8 weeks during summer in the Hamptons or Massachusetts)
enjoys light housework when not caregiving (typically maximum 2 hours/day family laundry, load/empty dishwasher and light tidying only)
enjoys dogs (family has small, friendly dog in home)
good English speaker
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed
CPR-trained or willing to receive training
takes direction well & communicates openly
seeking a long-term position with family
strong communicator with a positive attitude and a team player
active, energetic nanny style and flexible to adapt family's changing needs
REIMBURSEMENT
$30/hour ($35 later when caring for second child)
minimum 10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
public transportation to/from work paid by family
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
