SALARY: $35 - $40/hour net "take home" pay

SCHEDULE
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: OFF
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 9am - 7pm (start & stop time may vary)
Sunday: 8am - 6pm (start & stop time may vary)
NOTE: Nanny will stay with the family in Westchester and the Hamptons as needed (during the summer and approximately one time each month for the rest of the year).
*** When traveling with family, ideal candidate can start Friday afternoons and end Monday mornings as needed
DRIVING REQUIRED: NO (driver a plus but not required)
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Westchester (nearby) and Hamptons
PETS: NO (friendly dog sometimes in home)
DUTIES
approximately 50% light daily housekeeping and family cooking & 50% nanny care for two girls, ages 2 & 4 (e.g. bathing, changing, meal prep & feeding, potty training as needed, teach grooming & hygiene, maintaining sleep/nap schedule)
light daily housekeeping includes but is not limited to making beds, tidying up, cleaning kitchen counters, fluffing cushions, keeping living/kitchen/den areas tidy, etc.
meal prep & cooking for family (healthy meals, Indian dishes a plus!)
family laundry
take kids to to/from park, playdates, activities and classes as needed (parents are often with kids)
REQUIREMENTS
proven experience caring for toddlers and pre-school-age children at same time
punctual (arrive/leave on time)
able to travel with family to nearby Westchester (approximately once a month) and the Hamptons (during the summer)
good English speaker (Hindi speaking a plus!)
ability to swim required (basic swimming ok)
comfortable with friendly dog (no pet care needed)
willing and able to work "on the books"
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed
CPR-trained or willing to receive training
takes direction well & communicates openly
seeking a long-term position with family
REIMBURSEMENT
$35 - $40/hour net "take home" pay
public transportation to/from work paid by family (Uber/Lyft paid after 8pm)
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
