PETS: 1 dog (walk dog two or three times)

DUTIES

daily housecleaning and housekeeping (duties include chores inside and outside family's five-story home) (e.g. bathroom, kitchen, floors, dusting, bedrooms, closet organization, empty trash on front sidewalk, help tidy back yard)

family laundry
family cooking (typically breakfast for kids plus family meal a few days each week)
occasional adult supervision for school-age kids as needed (occasional school pick-up
family laundry (washing, ironing, folding)
help care for family dog (walk approximately two times each day)
typical work day 7am - 6pm with breaks throughout day

‌‌REQUIREMENTS

experienced housekeeper with excellent time-management skills
physically fit and high-energy work-style (5-story home with elevator)
enjoys cooking (comfortable in kitchen, self-directed)
comfortable with friendly family dog in home
competent English speaker
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed
takes direction well & communicates openly with other staff in home and parents
seeking a long-term position

‌REIMBURSEMENT

$1,700/week (final offer varies with skill and experience)
10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
public transportation to/from work paid by family
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
