LOCATION: Brooklyn, NY (Brooklyn Heights, near N/R/W/A/C/2/3 trains)

SALARY: $35/hour

CHILDREN: 1, 2.5 & 5 years old (help stay-home mom care for kids)

START DATE: November 2025

SCHEDULE

NOTE: ideal candidate can work Wed-Sun or Thur-Mon, plus occasional evenings as needed

DRIVING REQUIRED: NO

TRAVEL REQUIRED: NO (able to travel a plus!)

PETS: friendly dog

DUTIES

help stay-home mom care for three girls ages 1, 2.5 & 5 years old (e.g. bathing, changing, bottle preparation & feeding, potty training as needed, maintain sleep/nap schedule)
age-appropriate play & learning activities (educational games, reading storybooks, singing & nursery rhymes, indoor/outdoor play)
help arrange playdates with other nannies and nearby families; help with school pick-up and take kids to/from park, activities and classes
children's laundry
help with meal/snack preparation
light housekeeping when not caregiving (tidying up common areas after playtime, clean kitchen after meal prep for child, organize baby's drawers, closets & toy boxes)

‌REQUIREMENTS

experience caring for toddlers and school-age children (multiple kids in home)
high energy caregiver to help mom care for three kids in multi-story home
punctual (arrive/leave on time)
able to stay late and/or work on weekends a big plus!
comfortable with friendly dog in the home
competent English speaker
able to travel with family a plus!
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed
CPR-trained or willing to receive training
takes direction well & communicates openly
seeking a long-term position with family

‌REIMBURSEMENT

$35/hour (final offer varies with skill and experience)
10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
monthly MetroCard reimbursed
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
