DUTIES

compassionate, responsible care for 14-month-old twin girls (e.g. help kids with bathing, changing and dressing, potty training when needed, teach grooming & hygiene, maintaining sleep/nap schedule)
age-appropriate play & learning activities (educational games, reading storybooks, singing & nursery rhymes, indoor/outdoor play)
help arrange playdates and take to/from park, activities and classes
children's laundry
snack & meal prep for kids
light housekeeping when not caregiving (tidy up common areas after playtime, clean kitchen after meal prep for child, organize baby's drawers, closets & toy boxes)

REQUIREMENTS

high-energy caregiver with proven experience caring for two toddlers at same time (twins experience a big plus!)
punctual (arrive/leave on time)
good English & Hindi speaker (to help raise bilingual children)
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed
CPR-trained or willing to receive training
takes direction well & communicates openly
seeking a long-term position with family

REIMBURSEMENT

$35/hour
10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
public transportation to/from work paid by family
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
