LOCATION: New York, NY (Upper East Side, near Q/6 trains)

SALARY: $1,800/week (Mon-Sat)

CHILDREN: baby and 7-year-old twins (boy & Girl)

START DATE: October 2026 (start-date flexible for the right candidate)

SCHEDULE

NOTE: typical workday is 10 hours within 7am - 7pm range; length of workday may vary when one or both parents are working late.

DUTIES

compassionate, responsible care for baby & 7-year-old twins (boy & girl) (e.g. help baby with bathing, changing, bottle preparation & feeding, potty training when needed, teach grooming & hygiene, maintaining sleep/nap schedule)
for older kids, take to/from park, activities and classes as needed
age-appropriate play & learning activities (including "tummy time" for baby, educational games, reading storybooks, singing & nursery rhymes, indoor/outdoor play)
children's laundry
meal/snack preparation for kids
light housekeeping when not caregiving (tidying up common areas after playtime, clean kitchen after meal prep for child, organize children's drawers, closets & toy boxes)

‌‌REQUIREMENTS

proven experience caring for infants, toddlers (familiarity with school-age kids and multiple kids of different age groups a plus!)
good English & Hindi speaker (Hindi a plus to help raise bilingual child)
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed (TDaP, flu)
CPR-trained or willing to receive training
takes direction well & communicates openly with parents
seeking a long-term position with family

‌REIMBURSEMENT

$1,800/week (Mon-Sat)
10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
public transportation to/from work paid by family
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
