DUTIES

nanny care for 9-year-old girl (80%) & elderly couple (20%) (elderly couple already have a caregiver, and do not have major medical conditions)
school pick-up for child and take to/from park, activities and classes
family laundry
light daily housekeeping (vacuum, dusting, tidy kitchen) and help serving meals to family
meal/snack preparation and help serving dinner to older family members
grocery shopping and errands‌

REQUIREMENTS

experience caring for school-age kids and elderly (approximately 60% childcare & 40% adult care)
must be ORGANIZED & PROACTIVE
punctual (arrive/leave on time)
good English speaker (Chinese speaking a plus but not required!)
friendly cat in home (will not cause allergies!)
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed
takes direction well & communicates openly
seeking a long-term position with family

REIMBURSEMENT

$25/hour
10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
public transportation to/from work paid by family
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
