LOCATION: Brooklyn, NY (Park Slope, near F/G/R trains) 

SALARY: $25/hour

CHILDREN: 3-month baby boy

START DATE: January 2026

SCHEDULE

• Monday: 8am - 5pm‌

• Tuesday: 8am - 5pm‌

• Wednesday: 8am - 5pm‌

• Thursday: 8am - 5pm‌

• Friday: 8am - 5pm‌

• Saturday: OFF

• Sunday: OFF

NOTE: nanny can also work 4-day week if preferred

DRIVING REQUIRED: NO

TRAVEL REQUIRED: NO

PETS: friendly dog (no care required)

DUTIES

• compassionate, responsible care for 3-month-old baby boy (e.g. bathing, changing, bottle preparation & feeding, potty training, maintaining sleep/nap schedule)

• age-appropriate play & learning activities (including "tummy time", reading storybooks, singing & nursery rhymes, indoor/outdoor play and educational games)

• help arrange playdates (with other nannies and nearby families) and take to/from park, activities and classes as child grows

• child's laundry

• meal/snack preparation for child (help transition to solids)

• light housekeeping when not caregiving (tidying up common areas after playtime, clean kitchen after meal prep for child, organize baby's drawers, closets & toy boxes)

REQUIREMENTS

• experience caring for infants and toddlers

• competent English speaker (Mandarin Chinese a big plus!)

• punctual (arrive/leave on time)​

• comfortable with friendly dog in home (pet care not required)

• willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed (e.g. TDaP, flu)

• CPR-trained or willing to receive training

• takes direction well & communicates openly

• seeking a long-term position with family 

REIMBURSEMENT

• $25/hour (final offer varies with skill and experience)

• 10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)

• 5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off

• public transportation to/from work paid by family

• paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
