SALARY: $1,200 - $1,500/week (final offer varies with skill and experience)

SCHEDULE
Monday: live-in
Tuesday: live-in
Wednesday: live-in
Thursday: live-in
Friday: live-in
Saturday: OFF (nanny is welcome to stay with family on days off)
Sunday: OFF (nanny is welcome to stay with family on days off)
NOTE: Nanny must be comfortable with flexible work schedule; schedule may change occasionally. Family will give as much advance notice as possible.
DRIVING REQUIRED: NO (preferred)
TRAVEL REQUIRED: YES (national and international)
PETS: Dog
DUTIES
compassionate, responsible care for young baby and 5-year-old child (e.g. bathing, changing, bottle prep & feeding, potty training, teach grooming & hygiene, maintaining sleep/nap schedule)
age-appropriate play & learning activities (including "tummy time" for baby, educational games, reading storybooks, singing & nursery rhymes, indoor/outdoor play)
help arrange playdates (with other nannies and nearby families) and take to/from park, activities and classes
children's laundry (help with family laundry when time permits)
meal/snack preparation for kids (cooking for family a plus!)
light housekeeping when not caregiving
REQUIREMENTS
proven experience managing and caring for infants, toddlers and school-age children, comfortable with multiple children of different ages at home)
able to build a genuine, trusting friendship with the children — kind, loving, patient, and attentive to their safety and wellbeing at all times
flexible to relocate with family to Westcheter or the Boston, MA, area in the coming months (nanny will have the opportunity to return to NYC on weekends if desired)
able to travel with family (domestic and international)
competent English speaker (enjoys reading to kids)
comfortable with family dog in home (minimal help with pet required)
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed
CPR-trained or willing to receive training
takes direction well & communicates openly
seeking a long-term position with family
REIMBURSEMENT
$1,200 - $1,500/week (final offer varies with skill and experience)
10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
public transportation to/from work paid by family (weekly trip)
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
