OWNERSHIP

PEMA DECHEN SOMMER

Pema (pronounced peh-mah) is a trained Doula and Certified Lactation Counselor. She is also a fully licensed RN and Midwife in India where she was raised in a Tibetan exile community. 

Pema has worked as a nanny in American homes and has delivered dozens of babies. She is skilled at educating new mothers on advanced care for babies, infants and children.

Pema has deep connections with the Tibetan community in New York City and internationally.
 

Eric daniel Sommer

Eric is has worked in healthcare and hospital field for several years. He conceived and developed Baby's First Steps, a highly successful booklet/CD program designed to teach foreign language to children from childbirth through age 3.

He earned an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business in 2011.
