PREPARE FOR JOB INTERVIEW (video)
TDaP — We need evidence (on paper) that you have been immunized for TDaP (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) before we can place you in a nanny or adult home companion position. Free TDaP shots are available at Fort Greene Health Center (address below).
Flu — If it is flu season (October - May), we also need evidence of a flu shot. Free flu shots are also available at Fort Greene Health Center (address below). Save the receipt if you get the shot from your local pharmacy.
TB — We need evidence (on paper) that you have been checked for TB (tuberculosis) within the past two years. You can ask your doctor for the test or use a walk-in clinic like Med-Rite urgent care (see address below).

You DO NOT need an appointment for TDaP and flu shot and you DO NOT need insurance.
INSTRUCTIONS: Go to the 5th Floor for TDaP and seasonal flu shots. Bring your insurance card if you have one and picture ID. If you do not have insurance, you may be billed approximately $20 for all immunizations.
